A combination of muscle lengthening techniques and corrective exercise to reverse arthrokinetic dysfunction through altered reciprocal inhibition (muscular imbalance resulting in poor movement patterns) Eg; struggling with balance (stability) and proprioception (the ability to right oneself if falling) to poor technique in the gym limiting your results, both potentially leading to injury.  Essentially ensuring your body is optimised for any use safely and efficiently.
